The contact owns a 2001 Honda CRV. While the contact was driving approximately 50 mph, suddenly the window glass in the front passenger side door shattered into small pieces. The failure occurred without any impact to the vehicle. The contact was able to pull over to the side of the roadway to inspect the vehicle, and then resumed normally. The vehicle had been repaired. The failure mileage was 151,000.
The rear hatch back window malfunctioned while the vehicle was parked in the driveway. The consumer was very concerned because normally the kids sit back there.
