: the contact stated several times after the vehicle had been parked, the steering wheel and the ignition locked, preventing the key and the steering wheel from being turned. The vehicle was taken to a service dealer, where the contact was told that the situation was normal and the problem happens to all vehicles.
Vehicle experienced a sudden total loss of power while driving at approximately 60 mph, and twice while at a stop. Cosnumer must pull over and restart vehicle. There was no prior warning. Dealer has put vehicle up to computer, but could not detect cause. Therefore, consumer was driving an unsafe vehicle.
