Problem began when vehicle was purchased, the jack that was provided was not stable. Just a slight movement will cause the jack to fall down to the ground. Last weekend, the tire went flat. When the car was jacked up it fell down. After this, there was a mechanic across the street who was able to lift it with a floor jack which caused misallignment of the vehicle. Once while jacking up vehicle it fell down on the owner. The right hand and right knee were injured, and had to have cortisone shots. There was a vehicle repair cost caused by the floor jack, there was about $475 in damage to vehicle. Owner has not contacted Honda.
