I bought a 1998 Honda CRV 10 months ago. Was told it would have another 100,000 miles in it (it had 126k when I bought it). Superior Honda of Omaha sold me the car. Now, 10 months later, I'm told it needs a new transmission because this transmission is "slipping", plus other repairs that would total some $4,000. I, like another person here, had a lovely experience with Jay, the used sales car manager. He pretty much told me it was my problem. This is after I had to go into the dealership to talk to him since he wouldn't return my phone calls. The "head honcho" there, Kevin Woodard, was about as helpful as Jay, which is to say not at all. Not only were they not helpful in trying to find a remedy to a situation in which they took my money for a car that 10 months later needed repairs totaling over half of the sales price of the car, they were outright rude and disgusting as people. Now I don't believe the hype about Hondas lasting forever, and even if I buy another Honda, it sure won't be at Superior. As another complaint said here, their stance is "We aren't legally obligated to help you at all." STAY AWAY FROM SUPERIOR HONDA OF OMAHA!
