I purchased new Honda Amaze from Southend.
First time its Break PAD were change at 8000 by Southend Honda. They did not even bother to find the reason why it happened. Second Time its brake pads were changed at 16000KM by Delight Honda with the assurance that this thing will not be repeated.
At 24000KM I was on highway when all of sudden my brake fails and I and my family nearly saved from dangerous accident. I reported the issue to Honda and they escalated it to delight Honda again. I got my brake pad changed from local mechanic and return back to Delhi I got call from Delight Honda and they asked to send the car for investigation. They kept the car for 10 days doing nothing.
I brought to delight Honda Notice that the brake pads are local, they assured me that they are talking to Honda and will get back to me after month. I should wait for their call, they assure me they will try to get my break pad and disk changed under warranty and asked me to give them time.
For last few months I am waiting for the their call, however I am not getting any response from them. So finally I took my car to Southend Honda where no one has time to talk and understand your concern then I took it to Delight Honda where at least they treat you like customer, My car is still with Delight, they are not able to find the reason for such short life of brake pads. Which is 8000KM
Both Southend Honda and Delight Honda are fooling around. I am not sure what to do and where to go please advise. Every time they assign me new representative and I have to explain everything to them. I do not want anything changed from them I just want my brake issue to get resolved.
I cannot risk mine or my family life for this defaulted CAR SOUTHEND HONDA has given me. I want my car money back if these dealers cannot fix my brake issue. I am also sick of calling Customer Care they are another group hired by Honda to fool the customer
