I bought my car at 10/31/2023. - 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L
After the 1st time oil change, a Trouble code TD02 came out. One of the dealership mechanics said that, based on the service website, my car needs a new control unit and whole gateway. But at the moment, he mentioned that he is waiting for the direction of the Honda tech lines. After that, I visited the same dealership once again, but they said that there was no solution at the moment.
Unfortunately, my car still has problems. They didn't change or replace any part of it. Also, I didn't receive an update on this issue. The error code keeps popping up every day.
Honda must find the solution for my car's error message as soon as possible. I can not wait anymore.
