Vehicle showed "brake system" warning light twice now and info-panel suggested it is a problem with a main brake system. Every time malfunction would disappear after a minute or so. The pedal was becoming "mushy" when the problem manifested itself. Both times, dealer could not find a trace and raising the issue to Honda also resulted in nothing.
BY Virginia Lemon Law statute, even a single major safety replaced problem is a basis for a buyback/replacement, but Honda stonewalls it, and fails to see any problem (even after I've got a photo-evidence on the second failure). I went to the arbitration and they teamed with Honda, but to make so, they ignored the photo-evidence and declared that "nobody but owner was able to see the problem", plus issued the final decision that PARKING brake malfunction was not serious enough and "nobody but owner could see it".
Considering that arbitrating company is paid by auto-makers, this was not surprising. At this point, the next step is involving NHTSA and lawyers.
