While driving on the highway and the steering wheel is at 12 O'clock, if I was to slightly turn the steering to 11 O'clock or even the other direction from 12 O'clock to say 1 O'clock, it is not smooth. It feels like there is a nudge or as if the pavement is not even. After you pass either 11 or 1 O'clock it is normal. Driving like this on the highway is annoying and not safe at all and especially in the rain. This could make one cause or get into an accident.
