The front seats of the car were extremely uncomfortable. The flat part of the seat was as hard as a sheet of plywood. But the real problem was the heat restraint. I like to sit with the back of the seat fairly far upright. The head restraint was cocked so far forward that it forced my head down to my chest and I couldn't really see the road. I dreaded driving my brand new car. I put up with it for about 5 months and then just couldn't stand it anymore and traded it in on a Mazda CX-5, which has an adjustable head restraint. I took an $11,000 loss on the trade in. But it was worth it. The seat in the Accord was so uncomfortable for me I just couldn't tolerate it anymore.
