This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
Ever since I purchased by 2011 Honda Accord crosstour the windshield has had problems: It scratches easily and it finally cracked after a very small rock struck it. It seems to chip like a drinking glass would rather than a windshield. I think the windshield glass is unsafe and not to standards. When I purchased the vehicle the salesman lamented about problems with Honda windshields and I should have reconsidered the purchase then. I have owned two other Honda vehicles and never had the problems that I do with this car. I am replacing the glass (I have to pay for it) within a month and would like to have someone test it to see if it meets regulations. The dealer intends to discard it otherwise.
