(AHM) is searching for certain 2023-2024 Accord FHEVs with a customer complaint of the display audio volume knob being inoperable for controlling the volume or turning the system on/off. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to inspect the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
