Has only happened once so far but as I arrived at a stop light, the engine started sputtering around 700RPM, I didn't think of it much because it felt like the AC compressor was just kicking on. There was no check engine light at this time. As I hit the accelerator pedal, the engine immediately went into limp mode and the check engine was blinking indicating a misfire. I could not get the car to go faster than 10 mph as I try to find a safe spot to pull over. Once I shut the engine off and started it back up, the misfires went away and I have not been able to reproduce it over the last 2000 miles.
I have a hesitation when accelerating between 1 and second gears after stopping. The dealer ran diagnostics and says that Honda believes its the way I drive. Others have the same issue when driving my car.
When stepping on the gas when first putting into drive mode (i.e. not on highway when at a steady speed), it takes a few seconds for vehicle to respond and accelerate - this is a real pain in the rear end, but can be dangerous if attempting to make a quick maneuver.
