The contact owns a 2018 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 MPH, the brakes locked up and the vehicle came to a sudden stop. The driver and passenger were jolted towards the windshield. The brake warning light was illuminated. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 7,000.

The contact that the warning lights had since remained illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle abruptly stopped without the driver-??s input. The contact was able to continue driving immediately after each failure. The contact had taken the vehicle to the dealer who diagnosed that the fuel injectors and parking brake switch had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 80,690.
