I too have the same annoying sound when driving under 35mph. Don't know how long it has been going on however didn't notice until nice weather with windows rolled down this spring/summer 2019. I purchased the car brand new always service at Honda City in SE Wisconsin (my 5th new Honda since 2005). Car is perfect at 35,000 miles now, but am disgusted with the woosh woosh sound while driving. Sounds like a brake issue initially but Honda states brakes are still as new, very little wear. I drive mostly highway so I do usually get 80,000 miles before replacement of pads etc. They checked everything no problems with the car. They believe its the tires but I am hesitant to replace for $1000 if that is not the problem. Totally frustrated, ready to trade for a Jaguar XF sedan, at 63 maybe I need a change!
