I want to report this, 2017 Honda accord ex, 30,300 miles, error '03'.. send to Honda dealer to check it, then they said, "torque converter need to replace" .. before I was driving I noticed the rpm drop sometimes like 1,000 rpm drop to 800 rpm at between 15 to 20 mph, sometimes 20 to 40 mph for a few years, then finally error '03' that time the rpm drop 2,000 rpm to 1,000 rpm. out of warranty. $3K replace.
