- Locking Lugs Weight - The lugs Honda uses to prevent the tires from being stolen are a different weight than the other lugs. We replaced ours, and that helped. The answer maybe to replace all four tires with comfort ride tires to reduce the roughness.

Prominent vibration feeding back through steering wheel/column significant at speeds between 35 and 45 mph but occurring between speeds of 20 to 60 mph. Issue appears to be caused by a the Engine/CVT Transmission coordination at low idle speeds. Issue has been evaluated by dealership, Honda Techline engineers and American Honda Motors customer service. Another vehicle of the same year, engine and transmission was driven by myself with the same vibration issues at those speeds. Honda refuses to admit that there is an issue and says that this feedback through the steering wheel is a "normal" characteristic for this vehicle. This vibration is definitely a 2017 Honda Accord design flaw and there are numerous complaints to be found on the internet with the same answers from Honda that this is a so called "normal" issue and that it will not effect the drivability of this vehicle so they will not fix it. It appears that there are many Accords with this problem that Honda will not address.
This is unacceptable and I will not be a repeat customer of this manufacturer due to the unsatisfactory customer service by Honda. Thankfully, the vehicle was a lease and will be turned in at the end of the lease instead of purchasing this auto.
