The contact owns a 2017 Honda Accord. While driving various speeds, the front end of the vehicle made an abnormal noise. The vehicle was taken to hendrick Honda bradenton (5515 14th St, West bradenton, fl 34207) where they changed all four tires to correct the failure, but the noise continued. At 14,000 miles later, the dealer replaced the two front tires. The dealer inspected the vehicle later and found that the frame was bent due to faulty welding at the time of manufacturing, which was the cause of the failure. The contact filed a complaint with the manufacturer and they sent an inspector, but was unable to offer any resolution or provide the contact a report of their findings. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 33,974.
