On Sunday, 2/27/20 I backed out of my parking place after breakfast. I was in a large parking lot and I backed out, slowly turned the car to head out of the exit. The car was in Drive, I touched the Accelerator, and the car made a huge noise, and jumped forward. My foot was pushing the brake it would not go down, the steering wheel would not move, and I jumped ahead approximately 2 car lengths and the car hit an embankment off the parking area. The speedometer said 60 as the car crashed.

The car underneath the front and the front bumper were torn off and I got the car stopped. The brake went in. I was in my seat belt, I was terribly shook up and the Jolt of the car was very terrible.

I slowly put the car in R and it moved about 2 feet back into the parking area. The Radiator was uplifted and the car was leaking oil and other fluids. But no gas that we could tell. This Honda Accord is still under Warranty that I purchased when I bought the car in October 2016. The Honda Dealer is acting like it's not their problem. My Insurance Company and I believe it is.

This was caused by a problem with the car. Not from the Driver. I have never gotten a ticket. I have never been in a Car Accident.

I has owned 5 Hondas, however never again...
