Wife was driving the car, she reported to me there is a thumping noise inside the car. Sure enough, I started the car, radio off, AC off, and you can hear the thump, thump, thump at random patterns. I think this is the active noise cancellation to reduce road noises, etc... however, it is very noticeable and ANNOYING.
Update from Feb 4, 2020: Dealer removed rear bumper and replaced the cabin air flap which was defective. Covered under warranty. Problem has been solved.
