I let the dealer know the mats had worn through and they said those are the standard mats given on all vehicles on the EX Model. I checked the ER Model in the showroom and it had the same exact mats as the sport -cheap material made a hole in my car mat in matter of three weeks. When I called the salesman about the mats, he said he would take care of it and when I went to pick up my plates he said there was nothing he can do that those were the standard mats given. I found this to be an unsatisfying answer. Why should i spend 250 dollars on new mats when they should have been included with the vehicle? He never called me back . I had to call 4-5 times and then he called me back 4-5 days later.
