I had 03 cars with Honda through the same branch but i must say that i have received an extremely bad service in regards to the brake wear issues. The Honda Accord brakes are not the best in the town anyway, but when leasing, I had no idea that the brakes would start wearing like 15-20K miles. I had a small crash which i can certainly relate to the brakes. when this issue was brought to the attention of the service manager at that branch, instead of offering a support or explanation, he just start talking about the fine print agreement on my leasing documents that Warranty does not cover brakes. ridiculous customer service. there is no way in the world, brakes really should even need to be touched during a 36K mile lease.

I heard that Accord always have had issues with brakes but i never knew that it would be that bad.

the service manager didn't even regard that i leased 3 cars in 5 years from Honda, form the very same branch.

Very very disappointed and surely not gonna ever lease a Honda again in my life. actually will do all i can to convince my friends/family and everyone else to never buy these cars,e specially form this branch.

Bit noise from passenger side rear brake. Honda dealership at Lute Riley mentioned this is due to the brake pads wear out. However, my Honda 2015 we bought during Christmas time in 2014 has been rode for less than two and half years. The mileage is less 34,500. And the problem is rear brake, not front.

My previous Toyota Camry has no problem of rear brakes for 12 years more than 160,000 miles. The Honda rear brake problem is really due to design or fabrication or material problem. Honda should take all the responsibility.
