CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2013-2014 Honda Accord is showing signs of an electrical problem with the starter failing soon after the 36K mile warranty expires. It's compounded by reports that the OEM battery doesn't have sufficient amps to start the V6 reliably after a year or two.

For now we are rating this problem with the "Beware" seal because it's occurring so soon after the 36K mile warranty expires. The upshot is when your Accord won't start, that's never good, but especially bad when it's just a few years old.

Also once again, owners are complaining that the 2014 Honda Accord seats are uncomfortable. Uncomfortable seats has been a significant complaint with the Accord since the 2008 model year.

The Pandora and Aha radio integrations in this car are very poor. When toggling through your audio sources, the delay and recognition of your phone are so poor that mine has started to play both Aha radio and Pandora at the same time, 2 different songs. If you leave your source set to Pandora when you get home, when you leave your phone will switch over from WIFI to data connection, resulting in a Cannot Connect to Pandora verbal message while driving away from your house. Honda should have put a delay in the system to account for this common situation. But they didn't so you're forced to then toggle to FM or other source and then back to Pandora to get it to work.

I have had repeated issues with the bluetooth / music sound system including bluetooth pairing issues and system rebooting itself for no apparent reason both when I'm on a call and not on a call using the bluetooth feature. Thankfully it doesn't drop the call. Lately, it now somehow unpairs itself with my device that was previously paired and continues to send pairing requests to my phone. The only way to fix this is to delete the device from the system and add it back it. This is the 3rd time in a week that I have had to do this. I've owned 8 Hondas and this is my first with the bluetooth pairing feature. For the amount of money I paid for the car this is a huge issue. If you are going to sell a car that has extensive electronics it should function correctly. I have had to make repeated visits to the dealership to get this fixed. They replaced the bluetooth but, this fix only lasted 4 months. Please note that I have owned 2 Android phones - a Samsung Galaxy SIII and a LG G3. This issue has been with both phones.
