CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2013-2014 Honda Accord is showing signs of an electrical problem with the starter failing soon after the 36K mile warranty expires. It's compounded by reports that the OEM battery doesn't have sufficient amps to start the V6 reliably after a year or two.
For now we are rating this problem with the "Beware" seal because it's occurring so soon after the 36K mile warranty expires. The upshot is when your Accord won't start, that's never good, but especially bad when it's just a few years old.
Also once again, owners are complaining that the 2013 Honda Accord seats are uncomfortable. Uncomfortable seats has been a significant complaint with the Accord since the 2008 model year.

- Possible Remedy For Uncomfortable Seats - This store sells various seat cushions and back support systems that can be added to cars seats. I have a 2013 Accord LX and realized that the front seats weren't particularly comfortable compared with the front seats of car models like the 2013 Toyota Camry, 2013 Hyundai Sonata or 2013 Ford Fusion. I ended up going RelaxTheBack and getting cushion supports to make the seats more comfortable. I recommend finding the nearest location and trying out the different cushions or seat support systems (literally on your car seats), before making a purchase.

Just purchased the 2013 Accord Sport. Replacing a 2004 Accord EX-L with 180, 000 miles.
First impression of the 2013, AWESOME! The car looks great. The drive is what I expected. I did a little research and the reviews were great. Rolled it off the lot on Saturday night.
Three days and 700 miles later and I am more than dissatisfied. All because of the drivers seat. The right side (armrest side) bolster is nearly void of padding. With the slightest press of your finger you can feel the metal frame! Now I am driving around with a piece of metal poking in my back. Compared to the padding on the passenger seat and you will immediately feel the difference. I have returned to the dealer twice looking for help only to find out that every Sport model we looked at is built the exact same way. It is a design issue is all they can say.
At this point it appears there is no fix. Very disappointed. I love this car but am totally annoyed driving it. This is my third Honda. I never expected this poor design.
