CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2012 Honda Accord has a solid reputation (so far), with one very significant flaw: uncomfortable seats.

Owners have consistently reported uncomfortable seats with the entire 8th generation (2008-2012) of Honda Accords. Complaints range from back pain to leg circulation problems due to bad lumbar support, cushioning, & seat angle. Complaints aren't limited to only a certain body type -- the seat comfort problems are from a wide spectrum of owner height & weight.

The common theme we hear is "we never noticed this during the test drive." Unfortunately for unwary buyers, the seat pain is noticeable after 15-20 minutes.

When I first noticed the smoke coming from my front end I was coming to a stop . It was smoking from the drivers side front wheel. I put the car in park in the middle of the road and looked to see where the smoke was coming from it was the wheel bearing. i took it to honda a few times they never could find the problem. well overa year went by and i finaaly heard wooooing as i would come to a stop. took it to honda agin and finally they changed one wheel bearing. not even a year later and im having several problems with the front end and this time at 55,400 miles while still under waranty THANK GOD! it was the wheel baring on the other side ,and the rack an pinion on the front end leaking power steering pump.. GO FIGURE! and this isnt a RECALL? ALSO WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THIS BRAND NEW CAR ONLY 8 MILES ON IT THE TIRES WERE SUPPOSED TO LAST 55,-60, MILES I ONLY GOT 25, OUT OF THOSE TIRES. So now im wondering if they should have stood behind the tire warranty instead of me paying for new tires and then another set a 55,400 miles? could it have been that the tires were getting so choppy as they said they were do to the front end issues? the money I put out for tires to times could have been 2 car payments! although I deal with DOUG AT HONDA OF OCALA HES JUST A SERVICE GUY HE DOESNT MAKE THE RULES HES GREAT AT HIS JOB BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH HE CAN DO. AND IF THIS HAPPENS TO GO OUT AGAIN I'D BE STUCK TO HAVE TO PAY IT OUT OF POCKET I WOULD'NT BE ABLE TO CAUSE NOW I AM OUT OF WORK AND CA JUST BEARLY AFFORD CAR PAYMENTS. LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS. THEN ILL CONTACT THE LEMON LAW LAWS OUT.

My car sounded like an airplane was taking off. I brought it in and they said it was a wheel bearing that is bad, they asked if I had hit a curb...never had and my tires are fine.
