CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2011 Honda Accord has a solid reputation (so far), with one very significant flaw: uncomfortable seats.
Owners have consistently reported uncomfortable seats with the entire 8th generation (2008-2012) of Honda Accords. Complaints range from back pain to leg circulation problems due to bad lumbar support, cushioning, & seat angle. Complaints aren't limited to only a certain body type -- the seat comfort problems are from a wide spectrum of owner height & weight.
The common theme we hear is "never noticed this during the test drive." Unfortunately for unwary buyers, the seat pain is noticeable after 15-20 minutes.

I was driving my 2011 Honda Accord EX-L v6 recently on a smooth road at 70 mph with outside temperature in the mid-60s. I was shocked to hear a loud explosion and immediately thought that I had had a catastrophic blowout. But, when the steering was not affected, I then thought "gunshot" because we were in deer country and it would not have been a surprise. We pulled over and found that the moonroof had exploded outward spraying the deck lid and roof with glass shards, creating paint damage. Thankfully, the interior moonroof slide door was closed. There did not appear to be any type or rock or projectile that hit the moonroof glass.
Since I have reviewed other complaints concerning this problem with Honda, it doesn't appear that it would do any good to contact the local dealership. So, I'll pursue my insurance company. Needless to say, I won't be recommending Honda to anyone in the future due to their apparent decision not to acknowledge the problem.
