UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS: Owners have consistently reported uncomfortable seats with the entire 8th generation (2008-2012) of Honda Accords. Complaints range from back pain to leg circulation problems due to bad lumbar support, cushioning, & seat angle. Complaints aren't limited to only a certain body type -- the seat comfort problems are from a wide spectrum of owner height & weight. The common theme we hear is "we never noticed this during the test drive." Unfortunately for unwary buyers, the seat pain is noticeable after 15-20 minutes.

I mentioned the annoying whispering sound coming from the heating fan but the dealer said they do not hear it........I guess I have learned to tune myself out and just ignore the noise.
I have complained about a noise when my air conditioning is running. It is a dull grinding noise especially when I give the car more gas pedal. You can hear it constantly over the radio also. It is very annoying and we are told by the dealer that they all make this noise. It is the compressor and because it is so close to the dashboard under the hood it is more distinct. I can't stand it and I have 150 miles left before warranty runs out and afraid the compressor will go at that point.
Fan under the front passenger compartment makes a noise whenever the heat is running. Noticed this on a 2003 Accord and 2004 Pilot. Is random enough now that it's not worth taking in, but as soon as it becomes regular I will have a mechanic look at it and update my complaint here.
Heater/Fan makes constant steady griding noise from below the right compartment. took it to the dealer and they said they could not hear it, yet all of my friends families could hear the sound. this is very annoying sound and but they say its normal when I don't hear this sound from other honda accord 2009
