engine rattle at cold start and at 1st and 2rd gear change

VTC Actuator problem caused engine rattle and rambling at cold start and at 1st gear change when accelerating. I called Honda USA customer service they refuse to fix it for free siting car's high mileage even they know the noise didn't come from driving a lot of miles but from its bad design. I ended paid $1800 to have it fixed but only having to watch the problem came back again three months later! Honda is no longer a good quality car as it used to be.

Vibration of engine causes hands to go numb via steering wheel, can feel in seats, brake and gas pedals, when in gear, idle or coasting. Car vibrates so bad stomach gets messed up if I have to travel too long in the car and is felt in passenger seat and rear seats. Exhaust pipe and visor vibrate uncontrollably at times. American Honda, CA is useless as well as the Case Manager they assigned. Have been without car for 60+ or - days and still have problem. Huntington Honda knows problem is there, offered another car but with Navigation System I do not want or need, nor can afford at an additional $2500.00. Making me go LEMON. Gas mileage prior to first incident at 1750 miles around town was 19-21 mpg now down to 15.1-16.7.
