I was coming down a steep hill, coming into Evergreen, Co.. As I approached the 30 mph zone, I applied my brakes. There was low noise and vibration. Again applying brakes, the noise and vibration stopped and I had no brakes. I down shifted to slow down and applied my emergency brake which didn't respond. There were cars in front of me so I pulled over and applied my brake very lightly and finally came to a stop. I checked the rear wheel and it was hot. I started the car and proceeded home in first gear. When parked, I tried the emergency brake and it held. After leaving the car to cool the brakes, I tried the regular brakes and they worked.
I haven't had time to make an appointment with Honda and decided to check the web and that is how I found this site.
As of now my brakes are normal but I have the fear of a repeat experience. HELP, HELP.
