i had my honda accord into the dealership many times and each time they did minor adjustments to stop banging when i applied brakes,some of the visits only lasted 30 minutes and was done under warranty.But they never fixed the problem. well it got so bad finally i took it back and they told me 'well we finally found the problem' after 3 years but that it was out of warranty,and it would me $ 821.87 to fix and that the car was dangerous to drive as is.So i paid and the problem is finally fixed and I am a senior with less money $ 821.87
NOTICED NOISE SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASING VEHICLE.WE PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE USED, AND BRAKES WERE ADJUSTED BEFORE WE LEFT DEALERSHIP DUE TO AIR IN BRAKE LINE. WITH IN THE NEXT WEEK WE NOTICED A LOUD KNOCKING NOISE ON DRIVER REAR SIDE. I HAVE ADJUSTED REAR BRAKE SHOES ONE TIME THIS TIME WE ARE TAKING IT BACK TO DEALERSHIP.
this is complaint #2, started hearing this noise about driving the car for about 3000mi. very annoying sound, sort of like a banging sound made only when applying the brakes. I took the car in to also for paint chipping.
