Call Honda compliant line about bad paint, poor alignment of body panels. and lack of quality, but they will do nothing but repaint and repair. So I will be seeking legal assistance
Washed car a few days after getting it home, found 95 paint blotches and poor panel fit. Called dealer, he looked at it and wanted to repaint car, I refused. I called Honda, I wanted the car replaced. Filed Honda customer complaint, their factory man looked at it and said they would repaint it. I felt it was delivered to me in this condition and should be replaced with a new car. I have had car and not driven it, except for Honda to look at it for over 9 months. I filed a lawsuit on June 30 2007. All Honda has done is stall and hope I will give up. I am very disappointed in the way Honda has handled their problem and would not recommend anyone to buy a Honda product.
