The contact owns a 2006 Honda Accord. While driving approximately 10 mph on normal road conditions proceeding into an intersection, suddenly, an opposing vehicle crashed into the passenger side rear of the vehicle. The front driver side head-rest detached from the seat which ejected into the rear of the vehicle striking the occupant. The driver side rear passenger sustained minor injury to the face and neck. The police was called to the scene. The vehicle was towed to a collision center. The VIN was unavailable. The failure mileage was 32,000.
