Restraint belt retractor for the right rear passenger position has failed. Dealership diagnosed problem over the phone, and has not examined vehicle. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
When the rear seat/ passenger's side and driver's side seat belts were extended to the maximum they did not retract properly and remained stretched all the way out. Dealer has not been contacted.
Consumer hit vehicle in front at about 40 mph. Seat belt did not work, airbag did not deploy. Dealer refuses to put new air bags and seatbelts, claims there is no problem, air bag was not suppose to deploy. All damage was done to front end.
