While driving 75 mph the oil drained from the vehicle, causing engine to lock up. Dealer determined that plug from engine housing came out. While driving the service engine soon light illuminated, vehicle would not accelerate or respond, engine locked up, consumer was not able to restart the vehicle, dealer replaced the timing belt, balancer shaft belt, balancer shaft seal and a retainer was put in to hold the shaft seal in place, consumer has been informed that a new engine is needed, consumer states there are two bulletins regarding the front balancer shaft seal and the front balancer seal, however Honda will only pay 1/3 of the engine replacement cost. Faulty brakes were causing a noise in the right front, dealer machined rotors and serviced front brakes.
