I changed front low beam bulb and discovered all three rear brake lights on and no rear running lights working. Lights turn off when key is turned to off.. but come back on when engine is on. Tried disconnecting battery.. did not help. Waiting for first appointment available either dealer( which scares me) or independent mechanic. Cannot use car for work.. brakes lights always lit ! Help !!!
