The passenger side shoulder belt refuses to slide down the track and lock into place. The warning light on the dash flashes continually and the chime beep-beep-beeps until it drives you up the wall. Haynes Repair Manual doesn't even mention a "belt warning control module". I can't determine whether the problem is in the module or the wiring that plugs into it. The only way to silence the beeper is to remove the module (which disables both shoulder belts) or leave the passenger door ajar (which lights up yet another warning light on the dash).
