Perhaps this is caused by Lane Keep or Forward Collision being set to Assist as I have turned them to warning only or maybe the speed limit was set too low and assist was on. However Forward Collision always reverts to Assist when the car is restarted. Since Lane Keep has been on Warning Only the throttle loss has not occurred. And I turned speed limit to Warning Only. Or I do not drive it often enough to be sure it won't come back.
Full throttle acceleration, not often, from stopped or when trying to pass causes a loss of power slowing the car down. No throttle response at all. After a few seconds the throttle will come back. This is unsafe in my opinion as you want to get out of the way not slow down and maybe something is behind you.
Genesis dealer cannot find any problem in the codes and, of course, a test drive with the mechanic was uneventful.
