I was hearing a funny noise coming from my vehicle during a SK winter. It gets quite cold and we often get a lot of snow. The Genesis service department told me it was snow built up underneath so I ensured I left it in a heated garage to get it all off. Went to drive it to an appointment and my transfer case blew. Needless to say the noise wasn't from snow buildup in my under carriage like they told me. Thankfully it was under warranty but we had to call CAA to tow it and I was without my vehicle for roughly 2.5 weeks. I've had this vehicle for under 2 years and it was bought brand new, only 30000 km. And unfortunately this hasn't been the only problem.
