unsealed light causing condensation unsealed light causing condensation

Multiple lights have been getting condensation due to poor seals. So far I've had three replaced including both headlights and my passenger mirror light. I honestly wasn't too bothered but to make it worse, when I sent it in once to have my driver side headlight replaced due to this issue they sent it back and it clearly hadn't been replaced and still had visible condensation within it. The workup sheet they always give at the end of a service said it had been replaced so I'm not sure if they just didn't do it at all and said they did or if they actually replaced the wrong one.
