Transmission started hard shifting before 60K. I'm the second owner - the warranty expired but because of scheduling with an out of town dealer (no dealer in Fresno) to coordinate with a recall, the mileage went over and dealer would not cover the problem. We were approximately 3K miles over at that time. Dealer says we need a new transmission for $10K. No other options given. Dealer says they cannot repair the existing transmission.
