This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have the driver's power seat or the memory seat functions become inoperative. Technician will need to inspect terminal tension at the left instrument panel fuse block (X51L) connector X1 terminals 27 and 28. If terminal tension is found to be poor, it will need to be replaced.
