Our family had arrived at a store for some shopping. While the car was in park, it slipped from Park into Neutral and began to roll. My husband was in front of the Yukon and had it not been for the cement parking stop would have hit him. I was able to jump in and hit the brake.
From was GMC Detroit told me, this was a recall and that the dealer should have fixed it and that according to her records was repaired on July 14, 2015. Funny, the dealership told us there were not recalls on this car and now this is Number 2. We purchased the car July 27, 2014.
We also understand there are a total for three recalls...fortunately we returned the car to the dealership and want our money back. Had enough with these safety issues and the lack of dishonesty with this dealership.
