Had the car for only a couple of months and noticed a rippling in the paint on the passenger quarter panel. I didn't really know how it got there. I thought it was maybe from the car wash that I just got. Then I looked at the other side and the same thing!! I took it to the dealership and the service writer said that he had heard of complaints about defects in the larger SUV's. Nothing has been done or addressed after several calls to the sales manager!! Still waiting for a response. No response tells me that they know about it but don't have an answer about what to do!!!!!
I had the dealership look at the rear quarter panel dents and showed their body shop specialist the dents that look like a imperfection or deformed paint or body panel and they haven't really responded for a while. A week later they came back to me saying that this could have happened after I took delivery of the vehicle and they cant cover it under the warranty.
