I bought my Yukon new in 2014. After servicing the vehicle at each service requirement, they tell me I need a new engine at 79,000 miles. This is unacceptable. The truck is 5 months out of full GM warranty. They want me to pay 3000 dollars to fix and they will pay the balance. This is criminal behavior. This engine should last with proper care 250,000 miles. My car fax supports my service record.
Sad that the government has not recalled this engine already.
