2012 GMC Yukon SLT 4dr 4 wheel drive 50K automobile with lift gate strut failure after 10,000 miles. Unacceptable by any standard in my opinion. GM should never equip a vehicle with substandard parts critical for loading and unloading cargo. Bad enough the vehicle was not equipped with power lift gate, but to have a part failure of this type, with the age and mileage of the vehicle is pathetic.
