GENERAL MOTORS: THE BRAKES ARE GRABBY OR TOUCHY WHEN APPLIED OR AN INTERMITTENT MIL/SES LIGHT MAY BE ILLUMINATED. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, THE TECHNICIAN MAY FIND DTC C012E SET IN THE EBCM AND C12FE SET IN THE ECM. *PE
