So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
On June 28, 2006 while looking at a General Motors corporation 2007 Yukon, with a retractable middle seat. I had the passenger's rear door opened looking inside at the interior. The salesman, without looking where I was, pushed the top console button above the front seats which caused the seat to quickly and very hard to retract, striking the left side of my neck, temporally stunning me. This is a very dangerous option that could seriously hurt someone not knowing how fast and hard this occurs. I also don't know if there is any safety feature that this could happen while a small child or infant was in the seat and someone accidentally pushed the button.
