Tread separated from cooper tire discovery H/T and then blew out as the vehicle was traveling at 65 mph on the Florida turnpike. Luckily, there was no auto accident, but the brake lines were severed.

ABS activates during slow stops, increases stopping distance. Dealer performed recall 05V37900 and problem persists. Dealer replaced both front speed sensors and problem persists. I believe problem is corrosion in front wheel hubs on tone ring. Recall does not address that part.
