Passenger's seat belt would tighten down or lock up upon movement in seat while driving. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that was a normal operation. Feel free to provide any further information on this matter.
Front passenger's lap and shoulder belts were designed to hold a child safety seat, and would continually lock and pull tighter on passenger. This tightening of passenger restraints could result in restricted breathing, and severe discomfort. The dealer could not find anything wrong with the passenger seat belt.
