The contact bought Goodyear Wrangler tires in 2003. He had to take them back because of a blister on the outside walls. He returned them in 2004, and they gave him the same exact tires that he had to pay for. Also, they blistered on the outside walls. He noticed this on 8-28-05. The dealer wanted to prorate the tires and give him the difference. The tires were prorated in 2004. On paper work it stated there was a manufacturer's defect in the tires.
