Speedometer and braking lights failed without warning while driving. Also vehicle would not shift above 2nd gear. Dealer diagnosed that electronic control module(ECM) was flooded with gasoline due to a defective leaking fuel injector. Dealer recommended that consumer replace all 8 injectors because they are exhibiting the same potential to fail/leak. Harness, cpi fuel, meter, vcm, core return, seal and switch assembly were replaced.
While driving about any speed vehicle will stall and lose electrical power and power steering. Had taken vehicle to a technician. Technician told consumer that cause may had been with fuel injector sticking, and had happened four times, just like safety bulletin G99066B, May 2000.
